£35m Manchester United target wants to join Arsenal to work with Mikel Arteta
Gabri Veiga, a midfielder for Celta Vigo, has been made available to Arsenal during the summer transfer window, according to the Spanish daily AS.
The 20-year-old has enjoyed a productive season at Celta, contributing to 4 goals and 9 goals scored in 35 games played in all competitions.
According to AS, Arsenal currently has the upper hand over their European rivals in luring the Spanish young international. They have already been connected with a proposal for him.
Veiga prefers to sign with the London giants and would like to collaborate with manager Mikel Arteta, according to rumours.
Although Arsenal has not yet formally made a bid for the highly regarded teenager, AS thinks that if they do, they will be in a strong position to land the midfielder.
