Arsenal bid for Rice alternative expected soon – Will need to go much further than €70m

However, in order to engage Inter in negotiations after allegedly rejecting a €70 million offer from Newcastle, the interested clubs would need to significantly surpass that figure.
The specifics of Arsenal’s potential offer are not yet clear, but it is speculated that if they were willing to offer €100 million for Rice, it is logical to assume that their budget for Barella would be similar, particularly if they have their sights set on the Champions League finalist.
