Chelsea in shock Man Utd transfer showdown as Cristiano Ronaldo replacement deal lined-up

Chelsea has benefited from prospective moves from the World Cup in Qatar, and it may help them with both approaches and outgoings. With 12 Blues players selected for their nations, Graham Potter and Todd Boehly were two keen observers of the competition during the gathering stages.

Along with stalwart first-team stars Mason Mount and Raheem Real, other players with a less certain future at the club have been showcasing their talent over the past few weeks, with more players moving on to the competition’s knockout rounds and last-chance phases.
The World Cup should be seen as the clearest opportunity to win over new supporters and uncover fresh criticisms as a definitive shop window, and Chelsea may have discovered the perfect balance. Rafael Leao, one of their main attacking targets, has performed admirably for Portugal, as has defender Josko Gvardiol from the film sector.

Even though the tournament may increase Chelsea’s motivation in 2023 and serve as a focal point for other important teams looking to advance, the Blues also have a group of players who are looking to leave the following season.

One of them, Christian Pulisic, competed admirably for the USA despite not playing against the Netherlands in the round of 16. The American had planned to depart over the summer but had to stay, so he hasn’t seen as much action at Stamford Bridge as he would have liked. Hakim Ziyech is a similar camp.

After helping to defeat Spain on penalties, the winger is getting ready to play against Portugal in the quarterfinals and has avoided injury with a successful set of performances. Even though Ziyech has only played 148 minutes of association football for Chelsea and hasn’t had much opportunity to interact with Potter, there are teams eager to sign him.
According to the Italian publication CalcioMercato, AC Milan is still in the running to bring him to San Siro. They were one of the parties looking for a deal over the summer, but no agreement was reached regarding the specifics of a transfer. The managers of the Serie A teams compete against one another, but Manchester United is also expected to be a factor.

The 29-year-old has a prior relationship with Joined Manager Erik ten Witch, and his development under the Dutch coach led Chelsea to be interested in him in any scenario. Out of 100 games played at Ajax for Ten Witch, the Moroccan scored 35 goals and made 53 contributions. He may be the player the Red Fallen angels turn to when Cristiano Ronaldo’s takeoff leaves a gap in their attack.

Even though he was on loan during the summer, Pulisic was also rumored to be moving to Old Trafford. However, Ziyech now seems more likely to make the switch after gradually showcasing his inconsistent skills.
