Chelsea is presently searching for a new manager following the recent termination of Graham Potter due to a string of unsatisfactory results. This has left Arsenal legend, Ian Wright, to highlight three key areas that the new head coach must address.
Despite Todd Boehly’s colossal expenditure, Wright is convinced that the Blues still require improvement in three crucial positions. During an appearance on The Kelly & Wrighty Show, he stated that in his honest opinion, the team still requires a goalkeeper, a No.6, and a focal point centre forward.
Wright is of the view that Chelsea is nowhere near the level they should be considering the amount of money spent since the Abramovich era. The team has only won three games in 2023, which is very disappointing for the supporters.
