Chelsea star set to leave for Atletico Madrid or Barcelona in the summer
According to Evening Standard, Chelsea striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang anticipates summer overtures from Barcelona and Atletico Madrid.
Aubameyang paid £10 million to transfer from Barcelona to Chelsea on the final day of the summer transfer window, but his time at Chelsea hasn’t gone as well as he had planned.
Thomas Tuchel, who was fired a few days after Aubameyang, a 33-year-old striker, moved to Stamford Bridge, signed him.
Since taking over for Tuchel as Chelsea’s manager, Graham Potter has largely chosen Kai Havertz over Aubameyang in the no. 9 position.
From 17 appearances (10 starts) for the Blues across all competitions, Aubameyang has only managed three goals.
