Cristiano Ronaldo told to join Serie A leaders

Marco Silvestri, the goalie for Udinese, has invited Cristiano Ronaldo to join the team.

Ronaldo-2

This summer, the star of Manchester United was unable to arrange a transfer away from Old Trafford.

Despite being linked with Sporting Lisbon, Bayern Munich, Napoli, and PSG, Ronaldo chose to stay with the Red Devils.

Since then, Ronaldo has started just one Premier League game, and he may try to get moved again in January.

However, the 37-year-old stated: “My goal is huge” prior to the 2022 World Cup. Both the World Cup and the European Championships are events I wish to attend.

“I am highly inspired. My trip is not yet complete.

These remarks were posted by the channel DAZN, and in response, Silvestri cheekily invited Ronaldo to join his team.

Then Udinese took it a step further and shared it on their own account with several eye emojis.

This season, the team from the north-east of Italy has emerged as the early underdog, winning five of its first seven games.

They are now only two points away from the top of the table, and they appear to be looking for reinforcements.
