A new deal for Thiago Silva at Chelsea has been fully agreed upon, according to transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano.
Silva has agreed to sign a new deal with Chelsea that would keep him with the club until the end of 2024, avoiding his impending free agency.
On June 20, 2024, Chelsea and Thiago Silva have verbally agreed to the terms of a new deal, Romano tweeted.
Draft of new agreement being created; everything is completed and verbally approved as Thiago has given the go-ahead. A new deal will shortly be inked.
