“He is a dangerous striker” I will hold him down Chelsea Defender Says on Olivier Giroud against tonight clash

When Olivier Giroud returns to Chelsea tomorrow night, Kalidou Koulibaly will try whatever to keep him quiet, but Graham Potter has nothing but praise for the in-form AC Milan player.

Giroud, a former Blues striker, will visit Stamford Bridge once more on Wednesday when AC Milan plays their third Champions League match in west London.

Before leaving Chelsea to join AC Milan last year, the France international spent four years there, collecting 39 goals in 119 games.

Giroud has had a strong start to the season, scoring six goals in his last ten games. When AC Milan comes to Stamford Bridge, he’ll be hoping to show Chelsea supporters what he’s capable of.

Giroud was a Napoli player when Koulibaly faced him last season, and he describes Giroud as a “dangerous striker” who can score from wherever.

When asked about the danger posed by Giroud, Koulibaly responded, “He is a big player.” He demonstrated that by scoring a lot of goals in Serie A last season. He followed suit at Chelsea.

He can score from wherever, making him a dangerous striker who must always be watched. Tomorrow will be difficult for the defense, but we will be prepared. It’s crucial that Chelsea win this game and he doesn’t score.

As he gets ready for just his third game in command of the Blues, new Chelsea manager Potter has also praised Giroud, calling him a “great” and “wonderful” player.

In Potter’s first game as manager, Chelsea and Red Bull Salzburg drew 1-1, and in his first Premier League game in charge, Chelsea defeated Crystal Palace 2-1.

Giroud is a person Chelsea are quite familiar with, Potter said. “He is a superb player and uses his qualities and talents to play the game exceptionally well.”

He is a top-notch athlete for Milan. They are a top squad, so we have to be really good to attain the outcome we desire. We have a tremendous task, but it’s an exciting challenge.

With four points after two games, AC Milan leads Group E in the Champions League and is now sixth in Serie A, three points behind league leader Napoli.
