“He is for sale” – Chelsea have given up on summer signing, Blues already have his replacement at club

Since the Todd Boehly-led group took over as the club’s owners last year, Chelsea has substantially invested in bringing in new players to their roster.

One of the players that joined the Blues last summer was Kalidou Koulibaly, who moved to Stamford Bridge from Napoli.

The 31-year-old’s name is on a list of players who could quit Chelsea, according to a report in Wednesday’s Gazzetta dello Sport.

When he was available for selection, the center defender was a regular for the west London team. In his 31 appearances, he managed two goals and an assist.

Due to his “limitations, injuries, and above all because Chelsea had their worst season in the last 20 years,” it is alleged that the Senegal international’s debut season in the Premier League has not gone as anticipated.

Google State Benoit Badiashile, an AS Monaco defender who joined Chelsea in January, has already taken the defender’s place.

Since he will be available for sale after this season, the Senegal international is included in the article.

Chelsea paid the Naples club €40 million to secure Koulibaly’s services, and they are trying to recoup some of that money in the upcoming transfer window.

The London club may allow Koulibaly to leave on loan if a sale cannot be made, with Juventus prepared to offer a short-term arrangement.
