Former Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane has been suggested by Chelsea great Frank Leboeuf as the ideal option for failing Blues manager Graham Potter.
Leboeuf said on ESPN when asked whether Zidane would be interested in the Chelsea position: “I don’t know, but I believe it would be a really nice idea. That would make me extremely happy.
“I never questioned him about traveling to England. He answered in English when I inquired if he didn’t speak English. He does, in fact, speak a little bit of English.
“Maybe he could oversee Chelsea. It would make me really delighted.
While in command of Real Madrid, Zidane won three Champions League trophies and two La Liga championships. Nevertheless, since departing the Spanish powerhouse for a second time in 2021, Zidane has been jobless.
