“His set to make a move” – Chelsea high valued midfielders has rejected a new contract from Stamford

As their current contracts are about to expire, N’Golo Kante and Jorginho have been presented with fresh offers from Chelsea.

The two main club midfielders, Jorginho and N’Golo Kante, have contracts that expire next summer in 2023. If they haven’t already agreed to and signed new deals with their current club Chelsea FC by January, they will be free to agree to a pre-contract with another club.

According to “The Evening Standard,” Chelsea has a bid for Jorginho on the table, but the Italian international has turned it down. Or, if you like, they might say, “not reach an agreement on the fee,” which obviously means the same thing.

They assert that Jorginho has been given the initial parameters of an extended contract, which would maintain his pay at the same level as his current £120,000 per week.

He has reportedly requested a pay increase, though, to bring his pay into line with that of Cesar Azpilicueta, who has signed a new contract worth £150,000 per week.
