I didn’t like it – Man United star disagrees with manager

Tyrell Malacia, a left-back for Manchester United, has maintained that he is not at ease assuming a new position with the Dutch national team.

This came after Louis van Gaal, the manager of the Netherlands, tried him out as center-back during their 1-0 victory over Belgium on Sunday.

The replacement for Nathan Ake from Man United was supposed to play left wing-back.

Malacia was instructed to play on the left side of a back three with Virgil van Dijk and Jurrien Timber instead of Daley Blind, who was supposed to switch to the center of defense.

Malacia did a superb job, despite not being accustomed with the new role. He did, however, make a few too many savage forward runs for Van Gaal’s tastes.

He admitted to De Telegraaf that he had advanced “two or three times too much.”

“In current position, it is not feasible to do that so rapidly. But others had to correct me.

“Yes, I wasn’t on board with it at the time. That’s accurate. We chatted about that moment for a while after the game, and then it was done.

I feel at ease with United right now. According to the national coach, I ought to be able to play in the middle of the defense as well. But on the left, I feel the finest.
