“I like being close to the goal” – Chelsea star tells Mauricio Pochettino how he wants to play for Chelsea
Chelsea forward Christopher Nkunku scored his third goal of the pre-season as Chelsea secured a 2-0 victory against Fulham on Sunday.
After the game, Nkunku commented, “During pre-season, we are experimenting with different positions, and I personally enjoy being close to the goal. Winning matches like this boosts our confidence, and we’ll be fully prepared for the upcoming season.”
Premier League pundit Robbie Earle also praised the partnership between Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson.
