Just In: Erik Ten Hag has CONFIRMS Man United New Signing In January Plans (See Details)

The club’s January transfer plans have received a new update from Manchester United Coach Erik ten Hag, according to MySportDab.

The Red Devils will ‘do everything possible,’ according to the Dutch manager, to replace Cristiano Ronaldo in January.

According to MySportDab, Benfica striker Gonçalo Ramos and £50 million-rated Cody Gakpo of PSV Eindhoven are both transfer targets.

Following the termination of Ronaldo’s contract and payment of his £500,000 weekly salary, United now have a vacant spot in the squad.

Ten Hag clarified, though, that United will only sign a striker if the player they want is open for business.

According to rumors, United won’t make a break-in move for a new player in January.

Ten Hag stated that they are looking into replacing Ronaldo in January, but only if the right player can be found.

“We will make every effort. We have begun investigating the possibility, and should the chance to hire them arise, we will move forward.

Manchester United and PSV spoke about signing Gakpo in the summer, and talks could resume next month.

The 6’4” PSV player helped the Netherlands advance to the quarterfinals in Qatar by scoring three goals.

“I won’t make comments about specific players,” Ten Hag continued. It will never occur.

“I respect player contracts, but yes, we are working to bring in the right players,” the speaker said.

Portugal’s Goncalo Ramos is another player on Ten Hag’s wishlist.

The 21-year-old scored a hat-trick in the last 16 for Portugal in their 6-1 win against Switzerland after replacing Ronaldo.
