Man United have held internal discussions over signing of £60million Star rated 24-year-old

As the summer transfer window draws near, Manchester United may have new owners. Hopefully, Erik ten Hag will be well-off.

Despite the Dutchman’s transfer goals, nothing significant will occur for at least a few months.

The Caught Offside journalist Ben Jacobs adds a fresh name to the list of people that have previously been mentioned: Alexis Mac Allister.

According to Jacobs, Man United have ‘had internal conversations’ about signing the 24-year-old who is valued at £60 million.

Mac Allister has excelled for Brighton and has represented Argentina well in the World Cup. He also returned home with a medal of victory.

Manchester City, Liverpool, and Chelsea are said to be interested in offensive midfielder Mac Allister in addition to United.

United will undoubtedly have a busy summer transfer window, that much is certain. This team must get this one right if they are to compete for big trophies once again.

Without a question, Mac Allister would be a tremendous addition to this team. Despite the Argentine’s £60 million+ price tag, the Ten Hag system would benefit greatly from having him on board.

You’d assume United would have to move at least one of these players to make way for Mac Allister since he would be an improvement over Donny van de Beek, Scott McTominay, and even Fred.

However, I’d really want to see this agreement go through during the summer.
