Potter gets triple injury boost ahead of Crystal Palace vs Chelsea
Edouard Mendy, Christian Pulisic, and N’Golo Kante might all be available for Chelsea’s Premier League match against Crystal Palace this coming weekend, according to manager Graham Potter.
It will be Potter’s first league match as the Blues’ manager.
Due to the Queen Elizabeth II’s passing, their games against Fulham and Liverpool had to be postponed.
Due to a knee injury, Mendy missed the Champions League matches against Dinamo Zagreb and RB Salzburg, but has since started training again.
Despite suffering a knock while working out with the USA, Pulisic was able to start Tuesday’s 0-0 stalemate with Saudi Arabia.
In addition, Kante, who has been out for more than a month with a hamstring injury, is back in full training at Cobham.
The 31-year-old hasn’t played since the August 14 draw with Tottenham Hotspur, missing a total of six games.
