Todd Boehly will still sack Graham Potter despite Borussia Dortmund win if he fails to fix this big problem at Chelsea
After Tuesday night’s 2-0 victory against Borussia Dortmund, Chelsea manager Graham Potter would have heaved a sigh of relief as Chelsea advanced to the Champions League quarterfinals.
The Newspaper claims that Potter might still lose his job as Chelsea manager if he is unable to utilize the Dortmund win as a launching pad for future success and a problem persists inside his squad.
Chelsea has lost the game nine times in a row after giving up the game’s opening goal to the opposition.
In recent weeks, Chelsea has been up by three goals or more against Arsenal, Newcastle, Fulham, Dortmund (in the first leg), Southampton, Tottenham, and Manchester City, all of which went on to win.
Potter will be anxious about his team’s poor track record of recovering after going down early, as they have gone nine games without even a single draw.
