“We need him in our Team” Chelsea set to receive bid of £60million for key Chelsea player
As per the Guardian, Arsenal is feeling optimistic about their chances of securing the services of Chelsea’s Kai Havertz by submitting a £60 million offer for the German international.
According to a report from GOAL cited by the Guardian, Arsenal is looking to increase their initial bid for Kai Havertz as they actively pursue the signing of the talented German player.
Havertz’s time at Chelsea has been marked by inconsistency, and Arsenal sees an opportunity to entice him to join the Emirates Stadium in order to strengthen their attacking options.
Although Arsenal’s first bid was turned down, manager Mikel Arteta’s side is planning to approach Chelsea with a second offer, this time amounting to £60 million.
While Chelsea has set an asking price of £75 million, the report suggests that they might be willing to be flexible with the offer, potentially increasing Arsenal’s chances of securing the signing of Havertz.
