“Why Graham Potter is Finding it Tough at Chelsea,” Premier League Manager Reveals
Thomas Frank, the manager of Brentford, has outlined Graham Potter’s difficulties at Chelsea.
First and foremost, he’s a really decent guy, Frank stated on BBC Radio 5 Live’s Monday Night Club.
“Secondly, he is an excellent coach who has a track record of success. Every club may use a skilled coach.
“This isn’t a knock on Chelsea. Simply said, there are instances when the atmosphere makes it difficult for things to come together effortlessly.
“The squad is out of rhythm, there are many new players, and we’re trying to establish the appropriate mix of players. Several players have come and gone from the squad. Graham is looking for a solution, and I have no doubt that he will eventually find one.
If I had any advise, it would be to “believe himself” because he is more than capable of turning things around. He should also trust the values that have helped him achieve great success and allowed him to become the manager of Chelsea.
