“You are jeopardising Your form” Paul Scholes slams Marcus Rashford after being axed by Manchester United for ‘disciplinary issue’

Marcus Rashford was benched by Erik ten Hag for Manchester United’s Premier League match against Wolves due to a “internal disciplinary issue,” and according to Paul Scholes, this is “jeopardizing his own form.”

Rashford opened the scoring in United’s 3-0 victory over Nottingham Forest on Tuesday, and it was anticipated that he would continue to play for his club when they traveled to Wolves on Saturday.

Rashford was picked as a substitute as payback for a conduct issue, Ten Hag said before the game.

After United’s lineup was revealed, Scholes remarked of Rashford, “He’s really jeopardizing his own form.”

“Being dumb or whatever he did was wrong, the manager saw it, and he leaves the team,” the manager said.

But when the young man is in such good shape and has been so content this season, you reflect on the previous 18 months when he appeared depressed and underperformed.

Could this endanger him in the future? I sincerely hope not, he seems a little dejected there [during the warm-up] , but he will get by since he isn’t playing. I hope it doesn’t put the remaining six months of the season in danger.

Rio Ferdinand, meanwhile, has supported Ten Hag’s choice to keep order in his United team.

“It’s frustrating,” remarked Ferdinand, “this has been Rashford’s [Rashford’s] highest return for goals and assists in his Man United career per 90 minutes.”

He is one of the best players and one of the first names on the team sheet right now, so it’s quite disheartening to see him not playing when you come here as a fan expecting to see your best players on the field.

On the other hand, you are happy that the manager is according to tradition by disciplining employees if there are things going on behind the scenes that he is not happy with.
