“You Need to make changes now” Arsenal manager fires warning to Graham Potter over Chelsea’s poor form

Mikel Arteta, the manager of Arsenal, has threatened to fire Graham Potter if Chelsea’s bad performance continues.

In our previous 11 games, Chelsea has only managed one victory, and our 2-0 loss to Tottenham on Sunday was our third straight setback.

Arteta said, “With me, they were incredibly supportive,” when asked how the Arsenal management handled him during his trying period at the club and the analogies to Potter’s present circumstance at Chelsea.

“But in the end, you have to win football games because you know the current streak cannot go much longer.

“I knew I had to beat Norwich and beat Burnley. Then everything helps and the atmosphere begins to improve. Everyone is more confidence, and you can keep going,” he said of the winning streak. Sadly, we are results-driven.

“I never thought about anything other than how to change the situation, improve the team’s performance, increase efficiency, and bring guys back as soon as possible as we had 11 players leave the squad at that time.

“When you have a close connection with managers, like I had in Spain, some in Italy, and some here, of course you keep in contact, and sometimes they provide assistance, as we all do when someone is going through a trying [period] . At the very least, send a pleasant SMS of encouragement instead than speaking on the phone.
